Plot[]
Maggie makes breakfast. Georgia is at the Lodge in a hospital bed. Maggie asks Georgia for her plate. Jimmy comes by and tells Arthur that his Mini has broken down yet again. Arthur is angry but goes to see. Georgia makes Albert paint the kitchen in Ivy as she doesn't like the colour. Georgia asks Bernard for her child. He gives her Debbie. On London Street, Samuel is driving the car with Ava next to him. Jasmine Pollard is behind Samuel and Ann Dawson is behind Ava. Ann and Jasmine are co-owners of Amitel Shop. To avoid hitting an old lady, Samuel swerves and crashes straight into the shop. There's no one in the shop which is lucky. Everyone looks on in horror on London Street. Everyone in the car is unconscious. Larry comes from Main Street. Ann wakes up and Larry helps her out of the car. Ava wakes up but her foot is stuck. Ava tells Larry to check if Samuel is alive; he is but he's very wounded and his leg is all twisted and stuck in the car. Bernard tells everyone in the lodge that Bernice is coming back on Friday. Everyone is excited. Georgia checks if Albert has repainted Ivy; he has. On London Street, Larry has helped Ava out of the car. Ava is comforting Ann. Larry tells Ava that there's not much hope of Samuel getting out of the car. In the surgery, Dr. Gibson is writing documents when his boyfriend, Thomas Dale walks in. Thomas suggests a quiet night in for two and Dr. Gibson accepts. On London Street, Ava is comforting Ann. Larry brings Jasmine out in his arms and breaks the news that she's dead. Ann flips out. Larry gets enough strength to pull Samuel out of the car but his leg is all messed up. Larry starts to transport Samuel to hospital. Later on, around 6pm, Dr. Gibson and Thomas are having dinner in Dr. Gibson's house. Thomas reveals he has a job in Amitel up at Amitel Farm and could move into Dr. Gibson's full time. Dr. Gibson is worried that Albert may reveal his secret but doesn't let on. In the Lodge, the washing machine explodes, sending Maggie across the room. Georgia screams in shock but then laughs. Arthur is ordered to get his hands dirty again and fix the washing machine. At 1am, Dr. Gibson and Thomas go to bed. Thomas asks if he can move in full time, Dr. Gibson isn't against it. They go off to sleep. In hospital, Ava is by Samuel's bedside, he's in a coma. Albert quickly comes and sees if Ava is OK. He reveals they've nearly rebuilt Amitel Shop. At 5am, Dr. Gibson and Thomas coincidentally wake up at the same time. Dr. Gibson loses it and proposes. Thomas is gobsmacked.
